We value your satisfaction and strive to provide quality products and exceptional service. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to make a return, please review our detailed policy below:
1. Store Credit Only
- We do not offer cash, credit card, or PayPal refunds. Instead, all eligible returns will be processed for store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs. This store credit can be applied to future purchases on our website and has no expiration date.
- Note: Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
2. Return Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held accountable for any items lost or damaged during the return shipment.
- The original shipping cost paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable.
3. Return Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. If more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or store credit.
- Condition: The item must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition and returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, or accessories included.
- Exceptions: Products from our Premium Flowforms Collection are not eligible for return due to their size, weight, and custom nature. We encourage customers to carefully consider these purchases, as they are final sale items.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Please note the following items are not eligible for return:
- Products from the Premium Flowforms Collection
- Gift cards
- Products from the Premium Flowforms Collection
5. No Restocking Fees
- We do not charge a restocking fee for any eligible returned items.
6. Inspection of Returns
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria (i.e., new, unused, and undamaged condition). If the return is approved, we will issue your store credit. If the item does not meet these conditions, we will notify you, and the item may be returned to you at your expense.
7. How to Initiate a Return
- To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer support team at beyondbasalt@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed reason for your return. We will review your request and provide further instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Please note that returns sent without prior authorization from our team will not be accepted.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at beyondbasalt@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
9. Processing Time
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit within 7-10 business days. If approved, you will receive a store credit code via email, which can be used on future purchases.
10. Store Credit Redemption
- Store credit issued can only be used on our website and cannot be exchanged for cash. It has no expiration date and can be applied to any future order.
